I’ll admit. I am insensitive to a lot of derogatory racial speech, I mean, very insensitive, but some things I hear these are downright disgusting. I’m appalled.

There are two courses that I am looking for at my school. One in fashion and one in etiquette. I doubt that my school has both, let alone one, but I wonder how receptive they will be to the idea. If not fashion, I don’t see why they wouldn’t reinstate a seminar on etiquette. I mean, it was at the core of the classic Ivy league education.

I feel betrayed a little. As if I never really was that important. But, I could be overanalyzing again.
I am applying to this summer internship at Google. I really hope I get accepted for the program. First semester kind of screwed up my GPA, so I am not too sure if I am the best candidate. But, I do think I have something to offer and I have a lot to learn. Other than that, I read the farewell address I wrote before I left office last April. It was surprisingly well-written. There is so much to hate, but too much to love. Counting my blessings at the moment.
